IDOMA IRON CURRENCY, NIGERIA

The Idioma were a small and relatively unknown tribe known to have suffered repeated attacks by neighbouring Igbo warriors in pre-colonial times. The Idiom iron currency circulated in the southern part of the Benne River valley.
